Neuron Investors is a firm conceived on the premise that the world progresses when people connect, engage and partner across neural networks of ideas, opportunities and capital enabled by a foundation of universal values.
We deeply espouse the belief that conscience is the essential moderator of capitalism.
Without trust and integrity, the complex neural mesh of commerce and finance cannot sustain.
We believe honesty, compassion and empathy are humanity's default collective neural impulses.
We believe that commercial success and ethical conduct are not mutually exclusive. In fact, they are mutually reinforcing.
It is with this philosophical framework in mind that we are building Neuron on a foundation of solidity in our values and consistency in our actions.
In essence, we practice ethical capitalism.
We recognise that all human progress was made when intelligence and inspiration were synthesized into action through neurons interacting within our minds and between people.
The visible world we interact with exists because of the invisible world of neurons interacting with each other catalysing great leaps of knowledge, insight, imagination and creation.
Hence, we pay homage to this humble cell, the Neuron - where all human creativity and ingenuity originates.

Force for Good
Neuron's purpose is to be a 'force for good.'
We believe that gathering assets and deploying capital profitably is meaningless unless we understand and internalise the positive social impact we can and should make to the lives of those who are less fortunate than us.
Our hedge fund management venture is focused on leading the asset management industry in its ESG initiatives beyond the slogans and branding.
We believe that our sense of purpose is our competitive edge and source of durability. Our sense of purpose is our North Star during the inevitable times of market and business tumult.
We are committed to devoting at least 2% of Net Income per annum towards philanthropic causes such as:
- Educational Grants & Endowments: Scholarships for under-privileged students across various levels of education attainment. Separately, our firm will support organizations that would provide up-skilling programmes to the unemployed in order to re-join the workforce and re-discover dignity and purpose in their lives.
- Social & Environmental Entrepreneurship: Equity investments and loans to promising social and environmental entrepreneurship start-ups that can grow to becoming self-sustaining ventures.
- Financial Support to Vulnerable Sections of Society: Grants to community organisations that provide dignified sustenance, shelter and support to the elderly, physically and mentally challenged members of the community that do not have adequate coverage from State support.
